Lets say you have allotted P300.00 for your cellphone load monthly and make a budget for 5 months, and that makes P1,500.00 allocation for your cellphone load. Clearly this will be your expense for 5 months so you have to separate this amount from your income. No return of investment other than a change to use your cellphone for making call or sending text messages.
